Setelah meluncurkan W8, Sony Ericsson telah meluncurkan ponsel Walkman lain berbasis Android bernama Live with Walkman yang dipersenjatai prosesor 1 Ghz dengan layar 3.2 inci jenis kapasitif dengan resolusi HVGA. Kamera 4mp Autofokus dengan 8x digital zoom juga disertakan, selain itu kamera menghadap depan dengan resolusi VGA yang mampu merekam video HD 720p yang bisa digunakan untuk video calling menggunakan Skype.

OS Android yang digunakan SE Live with Walkman adalah versi Android Gingerbread. Hp SE ini memiliki RAM 320MB, untuk kapasitas penyimpanan ada slot microSD yang mendukung sampai 32 GB . Bicara jaringan, ponsel ini sudah mendukung tri-band 3G pada 900 dan 2100 Mhz.
Ada fitur Facebook Integration yang bagus, juga aplikasi media discovery untuk menemukan rekomendasi musik dan video, ada layanan Qriocity untuk konten musik dan video dari Sony. Untuk teknologi audio, SE menambahkan Sony xLOUD yang meningkatkan kualitas output audio.
Ponsel ini akan tersedia pada Q4 2011.
